Solar Project Manager
Project Leadership & Delivery:Lead complete end-to-end solar projects, from initial planning and site assessment to execution and final delivery. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure installations are completed on schedule and within scope.
Job Scope
Oversee multiple solar installation projects (residential, commercial & utility-scale).
Collaborate with engineers, site teams, and contractors to bring projects to life.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and monitor site progress.
Ensure compliance with government approvals, safety norms, and solar energy regulations.
Identify risks, troubleshoot on-site challenges, and maintain efficiency.
Deliver reports and updates to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
5+ years of experience in solar/renewable project management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of solar technology, grid/off-grid systems, and MNRE/government policies is a plus.
